These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of noviara.in (the "Site"), operated by Noviara ("Noviara", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site showcases Noviara's range of devotional wall tapestries. Products cannot currently be bought on the Site. When our products are available on third-party marketplaces, purchases made there are governed by that marketplace's terms and policies. If we introduce online ordering on the Site, additional terms covering orders, payment, shipping and returns will apply.
2. Product information
- Images: room scenes on the Site are digitally created previews that show how a tapestry might look in a space. They are for illustration only.
- Colour: colours may vary slightly between screens and between printed batches.
- Size: dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly because of the nature of printed fabric.
- Availability: designs, sizes and availability may change without notice.
We try to keep all information on the Site accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.
3. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry through the Site, WhatsApp, email or Instagram does not create an order or a binding contract. Any quotation we give is valid only for the period and on the terms stated in it.
4. Intellectual property
The artwork, designs, photographs, room previews, text, logo and brand name "Noviara" on the Site are owned by or licensed to Noviara and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell, or use our designs or images to make products without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- send spam, false or abusive enquiries, or content that infringes anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; or
- scrape or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and online marketplaces. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
